We're seeking a dynamic and results driven General Manager to help us accomplish our mission of building a team of caring professionals who work together to provide a WOW customer experience. What you’ll do:

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s day to day operations. You will be the ‘beginning and end’ for the entire business including marketing, sales, operations, customer service and production. You will develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence. You will guide and motivate the team to achieve goals while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

In additional you’ll also:

· Full P&L ownership

· Drive 20%+ organic growth through, additional hiring, training and retaining project consultants

· Maintain 45%+ gross margin

· Build a market leading brand through focus on customer experience, reviews and community engagement

· Define KPIs to meet company revenue and profitability goals; measure performance and establish regular reporting

· Meet weekly with company owner to discuss forecasts, operational procedures, production, staffing and other topics as required

· Coordinate and conduct performance evaluations; enforce company policies and procedures

· Create and implement strategies for business growth and pursue new business opportunities

· Manage the budget and financial health of the company; control expenses and monitor profitability

· Develop and implement strategies to improve operations, increase productivity, reduce costs and improve customer service

· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, customers and industry partners

· Take the initiative to perform tasks which would assist fellow team members – Be a leader the team will follow!

Who you are:

· You have 5+ years experience in operations management/business leadership, experience in residential construction preferred

· 3+ years of P&L management experience

· 3+ years of sales and marketing experience

· 3+ years of transformation/change management leadership experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or equivalent

· Skilled in leadership and people management

· Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills

· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans

· Proven track record of success with driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets

Extra credit:

· You have 10+ years experience in operations management/business leadership in residential construction/home services industry

· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or equivalent
