Job Description:
As the National ROC Business Development Director for Naturals2 Go Plus, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all regional ROC Business Development across the United States. Based in Savannah, GA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the national retail business development strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering growth in all regions. Your leadership and strategic vision will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the national business development strategy to achieve sales targets and drive growth in all ROC regions.
- Lead and oversee all regional ROC Business Development Managers, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's footprint.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional managers to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of business development efforts across all regions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build professional relationships.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends to continuously improve business development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience overseeing multiple teams or regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tracking software, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed to support regional business development efforts and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to meet business demands.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
