A well-established, multi-location small animal practice group is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Veterinarians to join their growing teams. What Youll Do

Provide High-Quality Clinical Care
Deliver comprehensive general medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals, with opportunities to perform basic ultrasounds.

Manage a Balanced Caseload
Handle a daily caseload of approximately 1520 patients while maintaining strong medical and client service standards.

Grow Through Collaboration
Work alongside an experienced and supportive Chief of Staff who is committed to mentorship and professional development.

Compensation & Benefits

Strong base salary plus a unique, non-production-based bonus model, with total earning potential between $135,000 and $180,000 , depending on experience.
