Horario: El horario puede variar dependiendo del almacén asignado. La jornada finaliza una vez completada la descarga del contenedor asignado.
Descripción del puesto:
Los empleados serán responsables de cargar y descargar mercancía de contenedores, acomodar productos de manera correcta y mantener un área de trabajo segura y organizada. También deberán verificar mercancía, reportar daños o discrepancias y seguir los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos por el almacén.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Descarga y carga de mercancía
- Organización y acomodo de productos
- Uso de transpaletas y equipo de almacén según sea necesario
- Inspección básica de mercancía y reportes de inconsistencias
- Mantener limpieza y seguridad en el área de trabajo
- Cumplir con las políticas y normas de seguridad
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en almacén o trabajo físico preferida
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras de manera repetitiva
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en un ambiente activo y físico
- Puntualidad y actitud profesional
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
- Transporte confiable
- Teléfono celular activo y acceso a correo electrónico
Compensación:
El pago es por producción y no por hora, ofreciendo la oportunidad de incrementar ingresos según desempeño y productividad.
