I opened my agency in 2013 and lead a team of seven built on drive, resilience, and steady growth. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a State Farm team member, earned a teaching degree, and taught before ultimately opening my own agency. That background shaped my leadership stylefocused on clear expectations, accountability, and helping people develop the skills they need to succeed. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Holly Thomason - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
