- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical systems
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, plants, or heavy equipment settings)
- Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment, including precision measurement instruments
- Proficient in torch cutting and welding techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Accurately read and use a tape measure for layout, alignment, and fabrication tasks
- Align, level, and install machinery using rigging and hoisting equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime
- Must be willing and able to travel to job sites as required (per diem provided)
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
