Full Time Assistant General Manager of Sales

Our company is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team and help manage our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
To Land This Role:
- Undergraduate Degree (business or fashion related discipline a plus)
- 3-5 years of Management Experience
- Proven Track Record of Success
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the business and achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clientele
- Build a world class team who strives to create an exceptional retail experience
- Set clear goals and expectations of high standards of excellence
