Operations Assistant
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Operations Assistant. This role focuses on supporting daily business operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative processes, and helping teams operate efficiently.

The Operations Assistant will work closely with internal teams to support workflows, track operational activities, and assist with process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and administrative activities
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Assist with data entry and system updates
- Coordinate internal processes and workflow tracking
- Monitor operational tasks and project deadlines
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management review
- Communicate with internal teams regarding operational needs
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating resources
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Support cross-functional teams on special projects
- Ensure information is organized and up to date
- Follow company procedures and operational standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
