Pay Range: $30.00 - $38.50 per hour (Based on experience and live assessment verification)

Reporting directly to the business ownership team, you will completely own our daily transactional workflows, manage corporate job costing data, and protect company cash flow.

• Full-Cycle Financial Management: Maintain clean, audit-ready corporate books. Manage the full vendor payment lifecycle, executing precise three-way matching and high-volume invoice coding.
• Analytical Job Costing: Partner daily with our service managers to audit labor logs, reconcile mechanical parts expenses, and calculate true project profit margins before final review.
• Billing Optimization: Generate and dispatch flawless customer invoices for service calls, multi-phase installations, and long-term county government contracts.
• Receivables & Cash Flow Protection: Monitor accounts receivable aging logs with a structured, professional, and consistent approach to maintaining strong cash velocity.
• Tax & Audit Readiness: Maintain clean, forensic documentation across all general ledger streams, ensuring our books are organized flawlessly for our external CPA tax firm.

Qualifications & Experience Profiles

• QuickBooks Enterprise Mastery: Minimum of 5 years of current, hands-on, daily experience navigating and managing workflows specifically within QuickBooks Enterprise desktop/cloud systems. (Strictly Required).
• Proven Tenure: 7+ years of progressive professional experience handling full-charge books or heavy transactional project accounting.
• Industrial Sector Exposure: Background in service-oriented fields, mechanical trades, HVAC/R, or construction accounting is heavily preferred.
• Advanced Technical Tooling: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including a natural ease with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and array configurations.
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent business administration field.
