Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case filing through resolution and trial preparation.

What You’ll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, complaints, and legal correspondence
• Prepare and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions
• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, client meetings, witnesses, and experts
• Review and summarize depositions and medical records
• Assist attorneys with comprehensive trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Provide timely case updates and maintain clear, empathetic client communication
• Manage attorney calendars, court schedules, and litigation deadlines
• Maintain accurate time entries in accordance with billing guidelines
• Conduct legal research using web-based research platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Experience drafting pleadings and managing discovery
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with time tracking and billing practices
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with attorneys and team members
