The Vice President, Account Manager manages all Company contact with new and existing clients and is responsible for building and cultivating client relationships. This position is measured on the ability to sell and deliver services (doer-seller) successfully. This position is responsible for generating business, managing client relationships, and developing employees as well is responsible for a geographic region, vertical market segment, and/or customers with a large building program. The Account Manager is responsible for full profit and loss on respective accounts. This position reports to the Executive Vice President/General Manager and manages specific client accounts. **Vice President, Account Manager Required Qualifications:** + 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of the construction process, project management, and industry regulations. + 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams, and overseeing large projects. This includes experience as a Project Manager, Project Executive, or in a similar high-responsibility position. + 10+ years of experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategies to grow the company's client base, and increasing revenue + 10+ years of experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting + Bachelor's Degree - construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field or 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum of 15 years prior relevant experience. **Our** Investment ( **in you:** + We believe that Benefits ( should connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most.
