Registered Behavior Technician

Position Overview:
WeEvolve Network is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities.

• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 therapy services to children in clinic, school/daycare, home, or community settings.
• Implement skill acquisition programs (communication, social skills, daily living skills, play skills).
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using company software.
• Write detailed session notes that reflect client progress and behavior trends.
• Use evidence-based teaching strategies including:
  • Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
  • Prompting and prompt fading.
  • Reinforcement strategies.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards according to BACB guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding client progress and concerns.
• Attend supervision meetings, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations.

• Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled sessions.
• Maintain active engagement with the client during sessions.
• Avoid phone use or distractions during therapy sessions.
• Follow all company documentation, communication, and data collection procedures.
• Maintain professionalism with families, staff, and community partners.
• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years of active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations if required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
