Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation
The Senior Manager will be a key member in Visa’s Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), which is responsible for driving meaningful and sustainable change across the many segments of Visa’s business. As a strategist, the individual will support developing and executing – across segments and geographies – initiatives that are aligned to Visa Leadership Team’s priorities. Broad topics may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Help develop strategies and initiatives that drive step-change improvement in accountability
- Implementing enterprise-wide organizational improvements to unlock revenue, capacity, or investment funding
- Identifying areas of opportunity to improve the client experience and accelerate time-to-market

The Sr. Manager plays a critical role in driving enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives that advance Visa’s growth, efficiency, and long‑term strategy. Operating within the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), this highly visible role partners closely with senior leaders to shape, evaluate, and execute complex, cross‑functional initiatives that span functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
This role requires strong strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. The ideal candidate is a trusted thought partner who can operate effectively in ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution to deliver measurable business impact.
Further, this role requires the ability to apply strong analytical frameworks, strategic judgment, and critical thinking to:
- Partner with ETO leadership to identify, assess, and prioritize enterprise transformation initiatives that advance Visa’s revenue and growth strategy
- Lead and support cross‑functional teams to develop business cases, project plans, and implementation roadmaps for high‑impact initiatives
- Apply analytical frameworks to develop hypotheses and evaluate opportunities for organizational improvement, operational efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth
- Analyze internal performance data, industry benchmarks, and market insights to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Build and manage financial models, project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure disciplined execution and ROI
- Monitor initiative effectiveness and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with Visa’s enterprise strategy and values
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Experience in management consulting or equivalent strategic role, including leading cross‑functional engagements, synthesizing diverse data sources, and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong sense of commitment and accountability, with a business-focused mindset, self-motivated to deliver work of the highest standard (i.e., strong attention to detail)
- Developed analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data models and authoring of complex presentations (i.e., deep familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a time-sensitive team environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments, financial services, or digital/technology industries preferred
- Strong project management and planning skills with ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 130,600 to 246,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
