Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products tailored to clients' individual needs and financial goals.
- Conduct detailed needs analyses to recommend appropriate coverage options and policy solutions.
- Manage client accounts including policy renewals, claims assistance, and updates.
- Participate in ongoing training programs and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with district leadership and team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience or strong desire to develop a career in insurance sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving performance goals.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse clients.
- Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to undergo comprehensive training.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a high-performance culture.
- Availability to work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with occasional events or client meetings outside standard hours.
