Server Assistant, Nest on Four - Signia by Hilton Atlanta

At the newly opened Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Conference Center , we are seeking a Server Assistant for the Nest sports bar restaurant! This exciting luxury hotel is the destination for upscale hospitality, imaginative dining, and world-class events. With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, this 976-room property showcases the soul of Atlanta in a whole new way!

Ideal candidates for this position will have previous food and beverage exposure in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is paramount and teamwork is prevalent!

Shift Pattern: Candidates should be available to work flexible hours between 10 am and 1 am, weekdays/weekends/holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $12.25 per hour, plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
