Production Assistant (Metal)

In a Production Assistant job youll be responsible for:

• Assisting with the fabrication and shaping of metal materials for commercial roofing systems.

• Loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products safely across the shop floor.

• Operating production machinery and hand tools according to company safety guidelines.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace to support efficient workflow.

• Partnering with team members to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.

What youll need:

• Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments (metal fabrication or roofing experience is a huge plus!).

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and utilize basic hand tools.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to strict safety standards.

• Dependable work ethic, punctuality, and a strong team-player mentality.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

• Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (No weekends!)
