Role Overview
This position focuses on translating business needs into data-driven insights and scalable solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance decision-making through analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and support strategic initiatives
- Develop business cases, including ROI, cost/benefit, and risk analysis
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Support KPI tracking and performance measurement
- Contribute to enterprise projects and help drive execution
- Act as a liaison between business teams and leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s a plus
- 2–6 years of experience in business analysis, finance, strategy, or operations

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
