Technical Delivery Manager
Job Summary
The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, utilizing a deep understanding of both technical domains and project management methodologies to navigate challenges and drive project completion.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Manage the entire delivery process, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and quality control.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide guidance on technical decision‑making and problem‑solving.
- Ensure the use of best practices and innovative solutions in project execution.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and other departments.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
- Agile Methodology:
- Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement within the development team.
- Implement and manage Agile processes to enhance project delivery.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions to maintain delivery on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project status.
Education, Experience & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- In‑depth knowledge of relevant technologies and development practices.
