Large medical oncology practice has an immediate opening for its Director of Finance.
Responsible for all areas of financial accounting and fiscal management; including but not limited to:
- Annual and quarterly budgeting and reconciliation.
- Advises executive leadership by providing strategic financial insights in support of organizational goals.
- Maintaining general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable.
- Lead internal and external audit activities.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, P&Ls, and other financial reports.
- Analyze and assist in the development and maintenance of financial metrics.
- Provides compensation assessment for staff.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
3 years’ experience in fiscal management, with healthcare operations experience preferred.
Expertise in Excel and financial management systems.
Experience in healthcare management and financial operations a plus.
Organizational skills imperative.
Excellent communication skills; maintains a positive attitude and proactive approach.
