Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional customer support
• Assist customers with service requests, billing questions, and account issues
• Promote and retain products and services when customers consider cancellation
• Follow call flow processes to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system

Preferred Background:
• Experience working in a call center or contact center environment
• Customer service or customer support experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and resolve customer concerns professionally
