Bilingual Collections Representative

Description Typical day in the role - prime auto collections, early stage (between 28-59 days past due) Will work to grab at least 1 payment and can roll into delinquency. They will be working on 2 different systems. 1 is an auto dialer and will transfer the call when someone picks up, the other is preview dial where they will have 15 seconds to pull up their account. Very heavy outbound calling. KPIS's - conversion rates (how many people they are speaking to and converting) Contacts per system per hour (20-25% monthly wrap time) Skills outbound calls, outbound calling, outbound call center, call center, customer service, collections customer service, collections credit, collections service Top Skills Details outbound calls,outbound calling,outbound call center,call center,customer service,collections customer service,collections credit,collections service Additional Skills & Qualifications Multi tasking Communication Ability to read and active listening. Best employees do this. FIRST DAY - A lot of introducing, walking the floor, getting acclimated through the office, system access will come for them later in the week.
