Customer Service Officer
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our clients ensuring a smooth efficient and professional experience. You will represent Elevare Branding with exceptional communication skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving inquiries. This role plays a critical part in strengthening client relationships and supporting our companys mission of delivering premium service.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt friendly and accurate assistance to clients via phone and email.
Manage client inquiries requests and follow-ups with professionalism and reliability.
Maintain strong knowledge of our services to offer clear guidance and support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client needs.
Document interactions and maintain organized client records.
Assist in improving customer service processes and overall customer experience.
