Machine Maintenance
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pine Mountain, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including motors, belts, and gears.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the training of new maintenance staff as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine maintenance is a plus.
- Proven experience in machine maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and hydraulic components is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
