Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced LPNs to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As an LPN at our center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. Your expertise will help our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of our experienced healthcare team

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by our physicians

• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to our healthcare team

• Assist with patient education and training to promote independence and self-care

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
