To ensure their investment property is always in mint condition and generates the highest profit, we provide comprehensive property management services, including marketing, rental management, cleaning, and maintenance.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Do you have a passion for perfection? We’re looking for a vacation rental Housekeeper who is meticulous in their work and views their role as more than just cleaning but artfully preparing an environment where guests can make memories they’ll cherish.

This position offers a great opportunity to work from one location instead of driving from property to property. Once you are on site, you will perform checkout cleans and stage the space before the next check-in. These cleans will include everything from deep cleaning the kitchen, replenishing linens and toiletries, and communicating any maintenance issues with the team so they’re dealt with promptly and efficiently.

We are looking for an individual who is highly conscientious and reliable. Our cleaning team is a significant part of our company, ensuring every stay is comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. While we are looking for dedicated and committed Housekeepers, please note a vehicle is not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the property is cleaned and ready for the next guests, including making and styling beds, deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and sweeping and mopping floors.
• Style and stage the house.
• Keep property stocked with consumables.
• Communicate property issues with the maintenance team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have a coachable attitude and be a strong team player.
• Must have W2 Eligibility.
• Possess a smartphone to use our cleaning app.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $17.50 - $21.50
