As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll lead the way in managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
How you'll make an impact
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional care and solutions that meet their unique needs.
Take the lead in the renewal process, working closely with the Production team to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
- Help secure existing business and drive growth by building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to expand services.
Collaborate with team members to support branch priorities.
About You
Required :
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
-OR-
- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- 1+ years supervisory experience.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred :
- Experience managing client accounts and delivering excellent service.
- Solid financial acumen.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
