Director of Digital Growth & Marketing Strategy
Position Overview
The Director of Digital Growth & Marketing Strategy will architect and lead Injury RX's digital marketing and growth strategy from the ground up. Reporting directly to CEO Dave Francolini and partnering closely with world-renowned marketing strategist Jay Abraham, this leader will combine creativity, analytics, and strategic foresight to expand brand reach, optimize conversion funnels, and increase the lifetime value of every patient relationship.
This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. The Director will design data-driven campaigns, develop scalable marketing systems, and translate Jay Abraham's growth frameworks into executable, high-impact digital programs. The successful candidate will operate with autonomy, curiosity, and accountability—driving measurable results across lead generation, conversion, and brand perception.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy aligned with Injury RX's brand, mission, and revenue objectives.
• Partner with Jay Abraham and his team to apply leverage-based growth principles and preeminence marketing frameworks.
• Oversee paid media (search, social, display), SEO, content, and CRM automation to drive qualified leads and optimize conversion funnels.
• Establish and monitor key growth metrics, including CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and retention performance.
• Lead brand storytelling through digital content, landing pages, and campaign assets that educate and engage target audiences.
• Manage internal and external partners (creative, media, and analytics vendors) to ensure brand alignment and ROI accountability.
• Integrate data across platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.) to build unified reporting dashboards.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing budgets, forecasts, and quarterly growth plans.
• Build and mentor a small, high-performing team as the department scales.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, legal, or performance-driven service sectors.
• Proven success designing and executing growth marketing and digital funnel strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
• Strong command of digital advertising, analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4).
• Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex growth frameworks into actionable campaigns.
• Strong creative instincts and storytelling ability, capable of expressing Injury RX's brand with clarity and emotional resonance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with direct CEO access.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced certification preferred).
