About the Role

100% remote Insurance job opening for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager who has worked extensively with Transportation accounts. The agency is based in Texas and is at capacity with their current team, so they need to add to staff because they are growing so much. Here are some job specs:

Location: 100% remote, within Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. Several years working with commercial insurance programs for trucking companies is required.

Experience: Minimum three (3) years, preferably five (5) or more years of insurance agency client service experience.

License: Must hold an active insurance license.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor insurance programs and renewals as well as assist clients with clams, billing, policy changes, certificates, and daily customer service issues
• Work closely with external partners like underwriters and brokers to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more
