Position: Reach Truck Operator (Freezer Storage)
Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (overnight shift)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for a client to support overnight warehouse operations in a cold storage facility in Lithia Springs, GA. This role ensures accurate product movement, storage, and staging while working cross-functionally with inventory and shipping teams to maintain efficient material flow and on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate reach truck forklift to move, stack, and retrieve product within racking systems

• Work in refrigerated and freezer environments handling temperature-sensitive goods

• Load, unload, and stage inbound and outbound shipments

• Perform put-away, replenishment, and order picking as needed

• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory and transactions

• Follow all safety procedures, including cold storage protocols

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Must Haves:

• Recent experience operating a reach truck forklift

• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments for extended periods

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in cold conditions

• Strong attention to safety and accuracy

• Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight schedule

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in food-grade or GMP-regulated environments

• RF scanner and WMS experience

• Experience in high-volume warehouse settings

• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
