Responsibilities:
- Handle matters involving corporate and business law
- Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and legal correspondence
- Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances
- Support real estate, bankruptcy, and local government matters as needed
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar or ability to obtain admission
- 1+ years of legal experience
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $150,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. xrczosw
