Our premier law firm in the Atlanta metro area is expanding its Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation Practice Group. We represent industry leaders and large corporations in high-stakes, complex litigation, and we are looking for a talented Litigation Associate to help us deliver exceptional results.
You will tackle a diverse portfolio of cases from catastrophic injury and transportation accidents to product liability and insurance coverage disputes in both state and federal courts. At our firm, you won't just be a number; you'll have a hands-on role in high-value cases and direct mentorship to fuel your professional development.
What You Will Do
- Own your caseload, managing litigation from initial filing through to trial.
- Craft compelling pleadings, motions, and legal discovery.
- Advocate for clients in depositions, mediations, and negotiations.
- Develop winning litigation strategies through rigorous legal research.
- Navigate complex appellate proceedings and trial preparations.
- Collaborate directly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- An active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing with a J.D. from an accredited school.
- Experienced professional with 3–5 years in civil litigation or insurance defense.
- A sharp legal writer and oral advocate with a keen eye for detail.
- A critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
