David Beare Joins Trilogy Credit Group as Managing Director

Trilogy Investment Co. (TIC) announces David Beare has joined Trilogy Credit Group as Managing Director for Structured Credit and Investments. Beare will lead the firm’s investment credit strategy and operations. He will focus on sourcing deals and raising capital for high-growth opportunities aligned with Trilogy’s long-term vision.

Beare is a key member of TIC’s investment committee, where he has an essential role in identifying and securing strategic partnerships with institutional investors and national homebuilders. His leadership will help the firm target investments in markets that benefit from favorable demographics and strong growth trajectories.

Beare has over 18 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and asset management. Before joining TIC, he co-founded ARK Residential, a build-to-rent investment platform based in New York. Before ARK, David spent eight years at Midtown Equities, managing acquisitions, leasing and asset management for a substantial New York real estate portfolio.

Beare resides in New Jersey with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, cooking, playing golf and pursuing his passion for music.
