Are you a dynamic, energetic leader who loves working with kids, mentoring a team, and creating a positive and safe environment for families? The Little Gym is looking for a dedicated Shift Lead to join our team!

About the Role:

This is a management-level position for someone ready to lead staff, ensure our facility operates at the highest standard, and deliver an incredible experience to both our members and team. You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring staff are using and operating systems correctly
• Supporting a professional and friendly environment between staff and members
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming space for all
• Overseeing class quality, lesson plan adherence, child safety, and classroom behavior
• Teaching classes and mentoring instructors
• Engaging with families and supporting sales and membership conversations

Key Requirements:

• Experience in sales , hospitality , or customer service
• Prior management or leadership experience
• Comfortable working with and spotting (with training) children ages 6–12
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Bonus: Background in gymnastics , child development , or coaching children (4 months to 12 years)

Shifts Needed:

• Monday : 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Wednesday : 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Thursday : 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Friday : 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday : 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Teach fun, engaging classes using our proven curriculum
• Guide and support other instructors in class structure, safety, and behavior management
• Provide exceptional service to members and families
• Participate in staff training, development, and evaluations
• Be a visible, hands-on leader in the gym and with customers
• Help maintain and grow a vibrant member community

Pay Range:

Compensation depends on your experience in coaching, gymnastics, and management. Initial range is based on training status and will increase upon completing the first level of training and development.
