Job Summary

Room / Dining Room Coordinator

This role focuses on daily operations of employee break rooms, dining areas, or pantry spaces—ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and service readiness.

Key Duties:

• Breakrooms: Walk all breakroom areas and ensure they are in working order, make notes of all noticeable cleanliness, check in with team and supervisors, maintain Flex space is in clean organized order.
• Operational Oversight : Supervise dining/pantry area, manage daily meal setup and counts, and oversee smooth service flow.
• Customer Service & Access Control : Greet and verify guests, monitor meal counts or ID badges, and maintain an accommodating dining
• Maintenance & Sanitation : Ensure cleanliness of dining and pantry spaces, including dishwashing, surface sanitization, floors, equipment, and handling restrooms or trash maintain line checks daily
• Inventory & Supplies : Monitor and order supplies, Inventory done by Wednesday's and submitted Friday maintain records of usage.All snacks should be ordered though warehouse
• Staff Coordination : Train and oversee workers, ensure they are clocked in and in assigned areas and coach staff standards
• Support for Special Events : Set up for themed dining or events, collaborate with event or office staff to meet layout and decor requests
• Compliance : Keep track of meal counts, attendance, financials, inventory audits, and adhere to health and safety policies. Email sales and recap daily to team
• Press Box Daily Recap Confirmation - Sanitation Checklist and Line Check sent out daily including sales
