This Position reports to:
Sales Manager, Force Measurement

ABB's Process Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world's largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun - leaner and cleaner.
We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and increase sales of Force Measurement in assigned territories and collaborate with engineering team to develop customized solutions for FM products.
• Travel 50-70% in assigned territory for customer visits and presentations, while understanding the customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions.
• Collaborating with other departments to prepare bids, gather technical specifications and financial accuracy.
• Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities, and monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

Qualifications

• BS/AS in Electrical, Mechanical or job experience equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, sales support, maintenance or operations.
• Knowledge or understanding of mechanical and electrical industrial equipment. A plus would be automation or process control understanding in either the Paper or Metals market.
• The proven ability to develop and manage customer accounts.
• A team focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
