Townsend Family Dental Center is seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented Personal Business Assistant to support executive leadership within a growing dental practice. This role is ideal for someone with a business background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct administrative and business support to leadership
Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, and correspondence
Assist with business operations, reporting, and special projects
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and communications
Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups
Maintain strict confidentiality
Coordinate with internal staff and external partners
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
Experience as an executive assistant, business assistant, or admin professional
Strong time management and organizational skills
Professional communication (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Healthcare or dental experience is a plus
