Smyrna, GA

The Opportunity

Ruby-Collins, Inc., a premier General Contractor with a 55+ year legacy in the water and wastewater infrastructure space, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the strategic development and execution of the company’s digital brand identity.

This position involves taking full ownership of the social media landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. Serving as a creative partner to Executive and Field Leadership, this role is key in shaping the narrative and digital presence of the essential infrastructure work performed by the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Lead the presence, posting, and growth strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Identify new ways and opportunities to highlight company work and increase interest, interaction, and brand attraction.

  • On-Site Content Capture: Conduct regular visits to active job sites to capture high-quality photography and video. Translate complex heavy civil operations – such as underground utilities and treatment plant construction – into visual narratives that remain authentic to the internal company identity.
  • Creative Vendor Coordination: Provide creative direction, coordinate scheduling, and serve as the primary point of contact for external photographers and videographers.
  • Graphic Design: Create high-impact marketing collateral, project profiles, and branded materials using Adobe Creative Suite. Ensure all visual assets elevate the company’s professional image while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Internal & External Communications: Design strategic campaigns, and manage the company newsletter, to keep 500+ employees and industry partners informed/connected to the internal brand mission.
  • Website Maintenance: Maintain the company website, via WordPress, to ensure project portfolios are current, accurate, and visually aligned with brand strategy.

  • Industry-Specific: Prior experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), heavy civil, or related blue-collar and trade-based sectors (manufacturing, logistics, or industrial services) is highly preferred.
