The Role

• Lead complex insurance defense and general liability matters
• Manage litigation strategy, depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Work directly with clients, insurers, and corporate representatives
• Handle high-stakes transportation and catastrophic injury disputes

What They’re Looking For

• 6+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Strong writing, litigation strategy, and case-management skills
• Ability to independently manage sophisticated litigation matters
• Transportation/trucking litigation experience is a plus
• Georgia Bar admission required
