The Fiala Agency, in partnership with Symmetry Financial Group, is hiring independent life insurance agents who are motivated, coachable, and ready to grow. Whether you're licensed or looking to get started in the industry, we offer the tools, training, and support to help you thrive.

About Us:

We help families across the country with Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, and Retirement Planning. Agents also have access to advanced market products, including Indexed Universal Life policies, Annuities, and our Debt-Free Life program. Our team focuses on education, mentorship, and the freedom to build a business on your terms.

What We Offer:

Earning Potential:

On average, here is what to expect

• Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week): $2,500–$5,000+/month

• Full-Time (35–45 hrs/week): $7,000–$12,000+/month

What You’ll Do:

• Educate clients on available insurance options

• Customize coverage based on individual/family needs

• Manage relationships and follow up with leads

• Stay compliant with licensing and industry regulations

• Participate in weekly team calls and ongoing professional development

Who We’re Looking For:

• Motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic

• Excellent communication skills

• Individuals who value integrity and genuinely want to help others

• Willing to obtain a life insurance license (we help with licensing costs if needed)

Preferred (but not required):

• Prior experience in sales or financial services

• Already licensed to sell life insurance

This is a 100% Commission 1099 contractor position . This opportunity is not a traditional hourly or salary-based job. Agents must be comfortable working independently and investing time in licensing (if not already licensed).
