Project Manager - Traveling
We are a leading construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality industrial projects across America. Our team is committed to excellence, innovation, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in industrial construction to join our team. Our projects are all over the United States and requires 100% travel to where the projects are.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor job site safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects (manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
