You’ll research destinations, prepare travel quotes, and coordinate itineraries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. • Research and recommend travel options tailored to client needs and preferences
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and detailed itineraries for client approval
• Communicate with clients to gather details and provide exceptional service
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm bookings and arrangements
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and booking details
• Provide professional and timely assistance to ensure client satisfaction
