Online Travel Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and organizing their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, and activities. You’ll research destinations, prepare travel quotes, and coordinate itineraries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, and helping others explore the world—right from their own home office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend travel options tailored to client needs and preferences
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and detailed itineraries for client approval
- Communicate with clients to gather details and provide exceptional service
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm bookings and arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and booking details
- Provide professional and timely assistance to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles is a plus but not required
