HRBP

he Human Resources Business Partner serves as a vital advocate for company employees, supporting programs and policies pertaining to the employee experience, such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and culture building. The HRBP works with the operational leadership team to continue to develop, implement, and maintain strategic plans and best practices for the human resources function, ensuring the plans and practices are consistent with overall company goals and objectives, and in accordance with governing rules and regulations. - nhance the human resources function as a business partner with an entrepreneurial mindset and culture champion throughout company. S
- upport multiple offices and branch locations in the Greater Atlanta region. S
- upport the execution of the human capital development plan for the organization which will include organization development, talent acquisition and recruiting efforts, improvement of current benefit and employee programs. P
- artner with VP of Human Resources on consolidation efforts of policies, programs, and practices including employee relations, compensation, training and development, recognition programs and performance management. E
- nsure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance. O
- versees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. I
- dentify teams' training and development needs and put in place programs to address those needs. S
- upport and partner on the H2B Program through initial application process, recruitment, onboarding and overall compliance of the program. Q
ualifications: B
- achelor's degree in business administration, or related field required. M
- inimum of 3 years in an HR role, preferably in a service environment M
- ust be Bilingual, able to communicate verbally and written. D
- emonstrated success in recruiting for professional and field labor in a rapidly growing environment. E
- xperience supporting teams both in-person and remote. E
- xcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. S
- trong analytical and problem-solving skills. S
- elf-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-moving and fluid environment. A bility to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
