Warehouse Operations Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders: scanning barcodes, labeling boxes, picking products, and preparing packages for shipment.
• Palletizing: scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.
• Re-palletizing products for shipment.
• Dock manifest duties: scanning completed pallets and running shrink wrapper.
• Operating the ground/manual manifest station.
• Transporting pallets using material handling equipment.
• Ensuring timely completion of assigned duties in accordance with departmental standards.
• Maintaining an acceptable work area as outlined in Quality System Regulations (QSR).
• Following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.
• Prioritizing safety and maintaining safe working conditions.
• Regular and reliable attendance at work.

Experience Required

• Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Experience operating material handling equipment and RF scanners.
• Basic analytical and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with general distribution and QSR knowledge.

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.

• General computer skills.
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack (if required).
