About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS to join our Multisystemic Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. If you are inspired to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Mental Health Multisystemic Therapist, you'll to provide evidence-based therapeutic services to youth and families. In this role, you will assess, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans that empower clients to navigate life's challenges, improve their well-being, and strengthen family relationships. Compensation
This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.
- Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494
Placement within the range is based on l icensure level, education, and experience (QP through Licensed Clinician) .

Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
- Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
- Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
- Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment.
- Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
Qualifications:
- Candidates possessing a bachelors degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field and 2 years experience in a related field, Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with youth and families.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
