Regional Operations Manager
Luxor Staffing is currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager!
Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple branch offices within the Luxor Staffing’s Southeast Region. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive staffing industry expertise, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to manage and mentor diverse teams. You will be based out of our Atlanta office and will travel approximately 50% of the time throughout the region (GA, FL, TN, NC, SC).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branch locations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and staff to meet performance goals.
- Drive business development efforts by supporting client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement general direction according to company policy.
- Measures performance and develops plans and objectives to continue improving employee engagement.
- Assisting with hiring, recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping and corrective actions.
- Ensure that all employees receive the correct training and coordinate with our corporate office to ensure training goals and requirements are continuously met.
- Ensures all company policies, safety standards, and procedures related to employees and operations are followed.
- Analyze business and customer trends, identify opportunities, and help create strategies to help company growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional business strategies.
- Remain flexible to take on other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience working in the staffing industry
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, and apply rules, policies and employment actions in a consistent and fair manner
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- 50% overnight travel across the Southeast Region, sometimes with short notice
- Spanish/English Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with TempWorks or other applicant tracking software is preferred
