DÜBÖR USA , a leading international supplier for the commercial baking industry, is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our customer's baking equipment by executing specialized maintenance, providing technical expertise, and participating in the installation of our spraying systems and release agent solutions.

The ideal candidate is a skilled technician who can independently manage on-site projects, uphold our high standards for safety and quality, and act as a professional ambassador for the DÜBÖR brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Preventative Maintenance (PM): Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities following global DÜBÖR standards to ensure minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency for customer equipment.

• System Installation & Upgrades: Participate in preparing customer sites for installations, assemble machinery, and install relevant rebuilding and upgrade kits according to defined procedures.

• Technical Troubleshooting & Reporting: Diagnose, document, and report all discovered technical and quality issues in a timely and comprehensive manner, escalating concerns to relevant DÜBÖR Engineering staff.

• Customer and Compliance: Execute all work in strict accordance with DÜBÖR and Customer safety regulations. Ensure all work adheres to DÜBÖR product quality standards.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate on-site activities with colleagues and customers, proactively communicating progress, deviations, and revised plans to all stakeholders.

• Documentation: Accurately complete and distribute all required service reports and handover documentation according to existing procedures.

• Brand Ambassador: Act as the primary representative for DÜBÖR, promoting excellent working relationships with customers and identifying potential business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Field Service Technician or Engineering role, preferably within the industrial machinery, food, or commercial baking sectors.

• Strong technical aptitude for executing maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical industrial equipment.

• Excellent customer relations skills and professional communication abilities.

• Thorough understanding of safety protocols (e.g., LOTO/TOTO procedures) and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in completing detailed technical reports and documentation.
