Part-Time Administrative Assistant
- Administrative and clerical support:
Perform duties like filing, preparing documents (memos, reports, presentations), and maintaining office records. - Front-line communication:
Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails, acting as the initial point of contact for the office. - Supply and facility management:
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate office maintenance and repairs. - Financial support:
Assist with basic bookkeeping, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses. Additional duties - Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees or maintaining employee records.
- Organize and manage office events.
- Ensure office security and oversee document storage.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the office and its staff.
- Package receiving, management, and drop-off
