Is this you?
  • Do you enjoy diagnosing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues until the root cause is solved?
  • Are you comfortable switching between setting up equipment, analyzing SPC charts, and doing precision bench work?

Your mission

Keep die casting operations running safely, efficiently, and within specification by combining hands-on maintenance with data-driven process control.

  • Support facility upkeep: structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, and hydraulic systems.
  • Carry out machining and bench work to alter/repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and guarding.
  • Lead statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend analysis; apply adjustments to keep parts in spec.
  • Operate a forklift and other motorized equipment when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the team

  • Intermediate troubleshooting capability in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Collaborative mindset with clear communication and solid interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills for documentation, SPC monitoring, and basic diagnostics.
  • Forklift operation ability.
  • Fluent in English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility and/or location.

Background

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1.5 years of technical experience using mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
