Staff Accountant | Hybrid | Atlanta, GA Growing Atlanta-based organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do: • Assist with month-end close activities and journal entries • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyze account activity • Support accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting • Assist with audit requests and accounting process improvements • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial records What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • 3 years of general ledger accounting experience • Strong understanding of GAAP • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs) • Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite a plus) • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Why Consider This Opportunity? • Stable and well-established organization • Collaborative and supportive team culture • Exposure to accounting leadership • Opportunity to gain ERP implementation experience • Growth potential and long-term career development • Hybrid work schedule after training Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 potential discretionary bonus If you have a strong accounting foundation and are looking for a role where you can make an impact while continuing to grow your career, we'd love to connect.
