Job Highlights:
- $17.22 – $21.42 / hour depending on shift and department
- 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery
- Inspect carpets for overall quality
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation experience
- Strong attention to detail for quality control
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
